Scope
- Roof sheeting
- Trimdek, custom orb, standing seam and concealed-fix profiles in Colorbond and Zincalume.
- Wall cladding
- Vertical and horizontal cladding, express panel, box gutters and cappings.
- Flashings
- Made in our own shop. Girths, folds and lengths to your drawings.
- Re-roofing
- Live-site staging over operating schools, shops and factories.
- Penetrations
- Set-out and detailing for plant, ducts, whirlybirds and skylights.
- Safety
- SWMS per job, heights tickets current, inductions before the crew starts.
Licences and insurance
Fully licensed and insured for commercial work. Current QBCC licence, public liability and workers compensation certificates are available on request — ask and we will send them with our capability statement.
03 — Process
Step 1
Drawings in
Send the plans and the program. We price what is drawn and flag what is not.
Step 2
Set-out
Girths and folds worked off the detail before a sheet is cut.
Step 3
On site
SWMS signed, inductions done, crew on the roof to the program.
Step 4
Handover
Penetrations sealed, flashings capped off, site left clean.
